• Job Description :
    Gain hands‑on experience in various departments under the assigned program (Academy Project), including on‑the‑job training at project sites, to develop practical skills and support engineering‑related functions as an Engineering Staff, and perform actual duties as an Engineering Staff upon completion of the Academy Project.

• Expected Gender : Male

• Educational background : Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or relate field.

• Certification / License : Mechanical Engineering License will be advantage.

• Recruitment time : As soon as possible

• Language : English /Thai

• Experience : At least 4 years of experience leading or supervising a team.

• Knowledge & Skills :
    •) CAD / AutoCAD programing for drawing.
    •) A sound understanding of engineering principles.
    •) The ability to maintain a positive attitude and restore morale to a team.
    •) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    •) Able to work actively under pressure and hard-working.
    •) Good Command in English or Japanese will be advantage.

• Working area : Able to move the office as specified by the company.

• Job Description :
    1) Communicating the goals of the company to all engineers and professionals in the team.
    2) Supervising every phase of the project from start to completion.
    3) Calculating costs, material, labor, and time required for each project.
    4) Approving, Designs and budgets by assignment.
    5) Delegating tasks to engineering teams.
    6) Supervising staff training as well as equipment installation.
    7) Performing quality control checks on all systems and products.
