On June 27th a signing ceremony between Takasago Thermal Engineering and Teo Hong Silom Group was held in Bangkok to commemorate the acquisition of shares in three companies in the Teo Hong Silom (THS) Group.
THS Group is a Thai company that has built a relationship of trust over the past 40 years since the establishment of Thai Takasago, subsidiary of Takasago Thermal Engineering . Attendees by approximately 100 people attended the ceremony, which began with speeches by Mr. Kojima, a president of Takasago Thermal Engineering and Mr.Theparit, an executive director of THS group and also included the signing of a commemorative document, a ribbon cutting, and exchanging of commemorative gifts for this occasion. The subsequent social gathering concluded with great success.
In his speech, President Kojima said, "I am confident that this capital alliance will elevate the partnership based on the trust and friendship that both groups have cultivated to the next level. As partners working together to achieve our group purpose, we will increase our corporate value and, as members of the Takasago Thermal Engineering Group that contributes to Thailand, Asia, and even the world, let's continue to move forward steadily." It was a valuable opportunity for all participants to renew their resolve for further growth.
